ALCOLIN RUST CONVERTER is a superior acrylic based rust converting primer, scientifically formulated to fight corrosion on rusted iron and mild steel. It chemically reacts with red rust and converts it to a blue-black inactive compound, preventing it from further rusting, in preparation for priming and painting.
